June 10, 2015 – VistaJet Group Holding SA (VistaJet), the global leader in premium long-range private jet travel, together with VistaJet Malta Finance P.L.C. and VistaJet Co Finance LLC, today announced the appointment of Laela Pakpour Tabrizi as Chief Financial Officer with effect as of July 1, 2015.
Laela joins VistaJet from sister-company IALT (International Aircraft Leasing and Trading) where she held the role of Executive Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), responsible for arranging financing for business aircraft transactions as well as financial analysis and planning. Prior to joining IALT she worked in a number of roles at BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Bank in Paris and New York, where she specialised in Structured Finance including asset-finance, leveraged finance and investment grade corporate finance.
Laela steps into the role of CFO with a complete understanding of VistaJet’s finances having extended her FP&A and capital markets expertise to VistaJet on a project basis and having been instrumental in supporting VistaJet’s recent successful US$300 million unsecured bond first time issuance and first time corporate credit ratings.

Laela holds a Masters Degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences-Po Paris and a BSc from the London School of Economics.
Bruno Höfliger, VistaJet CFO for the past six years, stays on the Executive Committee at VistaJet, having been appointed to the role of Executive Advisor Finance. Bruno is looking forward to fully supporting Laela in her new function.
