VistaJet Malta Finance P.L.C. and VistaJet Co Finance LLC, subsidiaries of VistaJet Group Holding SA (“VistaJet”), have today successfully priced USD 300 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2020. The 5 year notes will have an interest rate of 7.750% per annum and will not amortize. The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by VistaJet and certain of its subsidiaries.
The proceeds of the notes will be used to acquire aircraft as part of the further global expansion of VistaJet’s fleet, solidifying VistaJet’s position as one of the world’s largest privately owned business aircraft fleets, and for general corporate purposes.
